Low-Fat Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. uncooked rice
1 1/3 c. water
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
4 lean pork chops
Preparation

Combine rice, water and cream of mushroom soup.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of dry onion soup mix over rice mixture.
Trim all visible fat from pork chops.
Arrange on rice mixture.
Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to
1 1/2 hours.
