Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced apples, drained
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In bowl, beat eggs; add sugar, oil, vanilla, lemon juice and salt.
    Sift together flour, soda and cinnamon.
    Add to mixture. Stir in apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased tube pan.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 and bake 1 1/2 hours.
