Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 Tbsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
boiling water with 2 tsp. soda
2 well beaten eggs
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients all together. Sift together the salt, flour, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Add to mixture with the water and soda mixture.
Mix well.
Last, add the eggs. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with applesauce or whipped cream.
