Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, sliced
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Spread sliced apples in 8-inch square pan (if apples are tart, sprinkle sugar on them).
Sprinkle with mixture of water, cinnamon and salt.
Using pastry blender, work together until crumbly the sugar, flour and butter.
Spread the crumbs evenly over apples. Bake uncovered in 300\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes, making sure the juice bubbles up over the topping, making it crunchy and delicious.
