Swedish Pan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, vanilla, soda, eggs and pineapple (with juice) together.
Stir for 3 minutes.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frost with mixture of oleo, cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add nuts to mixture and spread on cake.
Let stand to ripen.
This cake is best if it's baked in the morning when needed for supper or the night before if needed for lunch.
