Cheese Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, diced
    2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. beer
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients, cover and let boil.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
