Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. mashed bananas
nuts (desired kind and amount)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
