Rosy Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler/fryer, cut up (3 lb.)
    1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. leaf rosemary, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Rub chicken pieces with salt, rosemary and pepper.
    Arrange in shallow glass baking dish.
    Place larger pieces in corners with smaller pieces in center.
    Sprinkle shallots over top.
    Combine crushed pineapple with juice, paprika, and ginger in small bowl; spoon over chicken.
