Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. grated potatoes, drained
1 large egg or 2 small
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. grated cheese
1 10 1/2 oz. can chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 1/2-1 3/4 sticks margarine or butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Grate potatoes.
Mix 1 large egg (or 2 small) and onions. Cook in 1 stick (or less) of margarine until glassy.
Then mix potatoes, sour cream, chicken soup, cheese, and salt and pepper. Pour in 9 x 13 baking dish.
Melt 1/2-3/4 stick margarine and mix with crushed cornflakes.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
