Pork And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can corn
    peas (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. onions, diced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Brown sliced pork with garlic.
    Remove garlic and drain oil. Add soup and 1 cup water.
    Add corn and seasonings.
    Simmer about 1/2 hour.
    May add more seasoning to your taste.
    Serve over rice. Children love this and it's simple and easy, great for working moms.
