Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) sirloin tip roast
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash the roast in cold water.
    Mix the salt and pepper in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Roll the roast in the salt and pepper in pan. When all sides of roast are covered with salt and pepper wrap the roast tightly in heavy-duty foil, then wrap it again in white meat wrap paper.
    Lay it in the 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 200\u00b0 for 12 hours.
    Serve meat on bun and add your favorite barbecue sauce.
