Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, cubed
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Boil covered until tender.
    Use as little water as possible.
    Drain liquid; leave about 1 1/2 inches in bottom of pan.
