Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium squash
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 eggs
    12 Ritz crackers
    1 c. Kraft Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender.
    Drain off water.
    Add egg.
    Crumble crackers and add cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
