Lemon-Buttered New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
    fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 10 minutes or until tender.
    Carefully drain, leaving skins intact.
    In a small saucepan, combine butter and rest of ingredients (except parsley). Cook over medium heat until butter melts.
    Pour over potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 8 servings.
