Sugar Cure Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. salt
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt pepper

Preparation

Mix salt, brown sugar, black pepper, red pepper and salt peter.
Mixture is enough for each joint of meat.
