Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
2 c. miniature marshmallows (save 1 c. for top of casserole)
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pour all ingredients, except 1 cup marshmallows, into a 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Add 1 cup marshmallows to top and broil.
Watch carefully.
