Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry jello
1 orange
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water.
Grind cranberries and orange, using half the rind.
Cover with sugar and let stand 1 hour.
Stir occasionally.
When jello begins to jell, add celery, nuts, pineapple and cranberries.
