Layered Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    9 (6-inch) corn tortillas, halved
    shredded cheese (your preference)
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. chopped tomato
    sour cream
Preparation
    Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add meat, onions and garlic; cook until browned.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Set aside after simmering for 5 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese and egg white in small bowl.
    Stir well.
