Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs well.
Combine all the dry ingredients.
Add this mixture to the creamed mixture, alternately with the reserved pineapple juice.
Mix well.
Fold in pineapple. Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 13-inch pan.
