Crock-Pot French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large thinly sliced onions
    1/3 c. real butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    9 beef bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until golden.
    Stir in flour and sugar. Put mixture in crock-pot and add all remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Put soup in bowls.
    Add croutons; top with Mozzarella cheese and put in oven or microwave to melt cheese.
