Fruit Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. each: raisins, dates, figs and dried apricots
    1 orange (juice and rind)
    finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, grind raisins, dates, figs and apricots.
    Remove the seeds from the orange and grind the orange and rind separately.
    Save some of the orange juice to use if needed.
    Combine all ground ingredients.
    Add just enough orange juice to soften.
    Shape into small balls.
    Roll in nuts.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
    Refrigerate.
