Chalupa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 7 lb. pork roast
    1 lb. pinto beans
    2 pods garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 small can green chiles
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cover meat with water.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Place on low heat for 6 hours.
    Add water, if needed.
    Should stay quite full.
    Gets soupy.
    Uncover after 6 hours and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
