Chicken Ashley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil until translucent. In a casserole dish, mix all the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
    Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
