Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shoyu (soy) sauce
    1/3 c. Saki or dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. shredded ginger root
Preparation
    Blend ingredients in saucepan over low heat. Remove.
    Let cool.
    Use as a marinade for beef, pork, fish or poultry.
