Sweet Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 c. raisins (golden raisins are nice)
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or other)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli, stalks separated
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1/3 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Heat the 2 cups water in a large pot until boiling.
    Add vegetables, cover and cook until tender (about 10 minutes.)
    Blend vegetables with part of the cooking water in a blender or food processor.
