Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. apples, peeled and diced
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts (any kind)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bake in ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with or without Cool Whip.
