Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. sirloin steak
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Bake pork steak in a wine-mushroom sauce for company dinner.
    Brown steaks in heavy skillet; season and top with sliced onions.
    Mix Sauterne with undiluted mushroom soup and pour around meat.
    Cover and bake until tender.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
