Ingredients

1/4 c. apple jelly
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Rock Cornish game hens (about 1 1/4 lb. each), halved
1 pkg. (6.0 oz.) Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice original recipe
salt
2 Tbsp. apple jelly
1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes, halved or 1 red apple, cored and coarsely chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/3 c. unsalted cashews
Preparation

Combine 1/4 cup of jelly and cinnamon in a small saucepan; heat, stirring until melted.
Set aside.
Place hen halves, skin side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle with salt. Roast in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Brush with jelly-cinnamon mixture and roast 25 to 30 minutes longer or until browned and tender.
