Strawberry Salad(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 frozen pt. strawberries
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix jello and boiling water.
    Add pineapple, frozen strawberries and pecans.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into flat square container (8 x 8-inch).
    Chill until firm.
    Cover with sour cream and add last 1/2 of strawberry mixture.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf with your favorite fruit dressing.
