Cranberry Sauce Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. orange rind (optional)
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    In mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar and cranberry sauce until well blended.
    Stir in melted butter and orange juice.
    Stir in flour mixture until just moistened.
    Fold in nuts and orange rind.
    Do not overbeat. Spread into greased loaf pan and bake in 350\u00b0
    oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or in 5 (3 x 6-inch) tiny loaf pans for 40 minutes.
    Let stand about 15 minutes and turn loaves out onto wire rack to finish cooling.
    Store in refrigerator or freezer.
