Mayo-Parmesan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) loaf unsliced French or Italian bread
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Cut bread loaf crosswise in half.
Reserve half for another use.
Cut remaining bread portion lengthwise in half.
Place pieces, cut side up, on the unheated rack of the broiler pan, then set aside.
