Behthia'S Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat together.
    Sprinkle nutmeg.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes and 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
