Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cocoa, mixed with 2 oz. red food coloring
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted and measured
    1 tsp. salt, soda and vinegar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well. Make paste of cocoa and coloring.
    Add to mixture.
