Pork Chop Meal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 loin, rib or shoulder pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
salt and pepper
3/4 c. brown rice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
liquid drained from vegetables
Preparation

Brown chops; season with salt and pepper.
Wash rice and combine it with curry powder, soup and vegetables in 2-quart casserole.
