Ingredients

16 oz. wide noodles (regular or no yolk)
16 oz. low-fat 1% cottage cheese with pineapple
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. light sour cream
1 small can apricot halves with syrup
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
3/4 c. dry cereal (like corn flakes, Special K)
Preparation

Boil noodles as directed.
Drain in colander.
Return them to warm pot and mix with margarine.
Mix all in pot or switch to a large bowl.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs and apricot syrup in bowl.
Then mix with noodles.
