Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; add flour mixture with the 2 cups sugar and oil.
    Beat eggs and add with the mixture;
    add
    carrots
    and blend.\tBake at 350\u00b0 in layers for 30 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
