Pecan Finger Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    non-nutritive sweetener to equal 1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl stir all ingredients. With a fork, beat in 2 tablespoons very hot water until dough pulls away from sides and forms a ball.
    Shape dough into 25 balls.
    Place on a cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
