Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. nondairy coffee creamer
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. nondairy topping
water enough to fill container to 4 qt. level
vanilla to taste
Preparation

Mix sugar, coffee creamer and flour.
Add beaten eggs and one quart water.
Bring to a boil, stirring continually.
Remove from heat and cool.
Pour into container and add whipped topping, cold water and vanilla.
Freeze according to freezer directions.
