Chicken With Mushrooms And Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
8 oz. fresh spinach leaves, rinsed and drained or 10 oz. frozen leaf spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic soup mix
1 c. water
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Remove; keep warm.
In same skillet, cook spinach and mushrooms; stir for 3 minutes.
Stir in Lipton mix that has been blended with water.
Bring to a boil until sauce thickens. Pour vegetable mixture over chicken.
Serves 4.
