Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    mayonnaise
    tomato slices
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients down to mayonnaise.
    Hold the tomato slices and potato chips.
    Add just enough mayonnaise to moisten. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top with potato chips and extra cheese if desired.
    Bake a few more minutes.
