Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; add bananas and vanilla.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Add to mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
