Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 c. chicken stock
    corn chips
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 c. cooked pumpkin pulp
Preparation
    In a soup pot, melt the butter over medium heat on top of the stove.
    Saute the onion in it for 5 minutes.
    Add the stock, ginger, nutmeg and pumpkin.
    Bring the mixture to a boil.
    Turn the heat down to low and simmer the soup for 10 minutes, until it is thick.
    Stir it every so often so that it doesn't stick to the pan and burn.
    Serve in a Pumpkin Tureen.
