Salmon Ball(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
Preparation
    Debone and drain salmon.
    Combine ingredients.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts.
    Makes 1 (5-inch) salmon ball.
