Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In small bowl, beat egg and milk until blended.
    Add to flour mixture with margarine.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Turn into muffin tins.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12.
