Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 c. grated carrots (raw)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients. Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or so.
Cool.
