Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk
dash of paprika
Preparation

Place a layer of sliced potatoes in bottom of greased casserole dish; add a layer of sliced onion.
Then layer potatoes and onion again.
Combine cheese soup and milk and pour over previous layers.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Put paprika on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
