Guacamole Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes Knox gelatine
1/4 c. cold water
1 pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 small onion
2 stalks celery
head lettuce
1 small green pepper
6 small or 4 large avocados
1/2 c. mayonnaise
juice of 2 lemons
salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

Soak plain gelatine in cold water.
Add lemon jello which has been dissolved in boiling water.
Blend onions, celery, peppers, avocados and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add part of lemon juice after each addition until all is used.
Add gelatine, salt and cayenne to taste.
Pour into large ring mold.
Refrigerate until set.
When ready to serve, unmold onto bed of lettuce leaves.
