Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 envelopes gelatin
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 to 2 c. deveined shrimp
dash of Tabasco sauce
chopped green onions (optional)
Preparation

Soak gelatin in water until soft. Heat tomato soup; add gelatin and dissolve. Mash cream cheese and add to soup; dissolve. Cool mixture. Fold in mayonnaise. Add shrimp (drain and mash if desired), vegetables and seasoning. Pour into lightly oiled mold. Chill.
