Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lime jello
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. gelatin
2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Add boiling water to jello, cream cheese and gelatin.
Mix and dissolve well with mixer.
Blend well.
Add nuts and pineapple (that has been drained) to mixture.
Whip the cream and add last. Pour mixture into mold or ring.
Serves about 12 to 14 people.
