Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat 1 minute after each egg.
    Add flavoring.
    Add milk and flour and baking powder.
    Beat.
    Divide batter in half. Bake in 2 pans.
    Add raisins and spices to other batter and bake in 2 pans.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
